Our school is built on the concept of "Training Smart from the Start." To quote Hanshi Phil Little, Grand Master Instructor of Isshinryu and inheritor of the Harold Long Lineage: “Regardless of your age, and physical limitations, attention is placed on giving you the most effective foundational skills for personal safety training.
