Rules, Regulations, & Procedures
“Karate begins and ends with courtesy and respect.” This is, and should be evident throughout the Dojo for any student that takes notice. A student must first and always remember that they are being given the gift of knowledge of the martial arts. A student must also understand that there is no amount of money that can repay Sensei for this knowledge that will be passed to you. The fees are for your private personal membership to belong to the Dojo. Fees are also for the space used, maintenance, and utilities of the facility in which we train. Each Student must be accepted by the Sensei as a candidate for membership to receive this gift of martial Arts, and may be asked to leave at any time if they show disrespect or misuse the knowledge they have been given. The student candidate is expected to come to class ready and eager to learn. The only place you will find success before work is in the dictionary.

Regular Classes are free to all regardless of age or ability to pay.

Minimal fees for belt testing.

Adult classes 18 and up (you are never too old to start).

Youth groups ages (6-8), (9-10), (11-12), (13-15), (16-17).

Children can be in the same class as parents.

Uniform equipment and supplies are available for purchase.

Private self-defense instruction for women and men, together or separate, for hire.

Complete confidentiality.

Discount for entry to advanced classes or workouts ($10 members, $20 non-members).

Discounts for entry to classes on specific topics ($10 members, $20 non-members).

United States Isshinryu Karate Association member dojo with accesses to USIKA events at members' pricing. Individual annual membership $20.00.
