KUMITE

Kumite is also called Sparring.  All participants must abide by some basic rules prior to participating.

​

1. Mouth Piece - Must Have;

2. Males - Cups - Must Have;

3. Head Gear - Must Have;

4. Face Shield - Optional;

5. Foot and hand pads - Minimal Must Have;

6. Shin and forearm pads - Optional;

7. Finger and Toe nails must be short;

8. Hair must be pulled back off the face;

9. Liability waiver signed.
